Zomato, an app that’s like Google for eateries, has launched its revamped logo. Founder and CEO, Deepinder Goyal says in his blog post that Zomato was “built for the love of food” and with this rebranding, the brand aims to put the heart at the center of it all. Goyal adds that the “logo transcends languages and cultures” and captures the “story of people and food”.

Now, for a logo that claims to transcend languages and cultures, it seems to have created some confusion in the very market where it originally launched, India.
