Vuclip, a premium mobile video on demand service for emerging markets, has announced a host of premium Arabic content for viewers to enjoy during Ramadan. For the first time in the Middle East, mobile users will be able to enjoy simulcast the latest Arabic drama series, Islamic shows and more alongside their TV release dates.

Vuclip has announced a string of key content partnerships to bring viewers unbuffered access to popular Arabic content for Ramadan. These include productions such as Haret Al Yahoud, Tahtt Al Saytara, Bein Al Sarayat, Le’abet Eblis in addition to popular Islamic content and signature recipes by chef Manal Al Alem.

The announcement comes as Vuclip’s latest Global Video Insights reports a heightened demand for Arabic language content, with 71 percent of survey respondents reporting a preference for the availability of Arabic videos.

The agreement will see regional stars including Menna Shalabi, Eyad Nassar, Nelly Kareem and Ayten Amer in addition to many more come together to entertain mobile users across the Arab world.

“Vuclip is pleased to bring the very best in Arabic entertainment for our viewers across the region as they come together with family and friends during the Holy month of Ramadan. We are excited to come together with our trusted partners to make the most popular Arabic content available to subscribers across the Middle East at the same time as their TV launch dates, ensuring our viewers miss nothing out as they come together with their loved ones to celebrate the spirit and values of Ramadan,” says Mai Ghazy El Dahan, head of Vuclip’s content business for the Middle East, in a press statement.
