The Talent Factory, a new talent agency for the region, has announced its Qatar launch bringing international talent to the region while supporting local talent.

The talent recruitment agency made the decision to open in the region after witnessing the rapid growth in Qatar’s event and entertainment industry. Representing actors, models, voice over artists, promoters, hostesses and senior event staff, amongst many more, The Talent Factory has positioned itself as a rich resource for producers, event producers, marketing managers and the film production and events industries in general.

Shakila Khan, general manager of The Talent Factory says in a press statement: “I’m delighted to bring The Talent Factory to one of the world’s fastest developing markets. We formed as a response to the industry’s growing needs and want to bring a fresh, creative and artistic approach to representing and cultivating talent in Qatar. We’re passionate about what we do and work closely with our talents and the clients who hire them to provide outstanding new talents and opportunities”.

The agency claims that it has “already received an overwhelming response” and has signed prominent Qatari comedian, Hamad Al Amari.“I didn’t even know I was talented, now agencies want to sign me!  Seriously though, I never trusted an agency enough before to sign exclusively and I feel like I can trust The Talent Factory,” says Al Amari in the statement.
