London-headquartered ad tech company InSkin Media has finally opened its Dubai office following the announcement earlier this year. With offices in London, Hamburg, Sydney, Singapore and Hong Kong, InSkin Media employs more than 100 staff members and specializes in creating high impact rich media HTML5 formats for online branding.

Toby Daniell, head of sales MENA, will be heading the Dubai office, which is the first step in the company’s GCC expansion.
