As part of the Jaguar Design XE Competition which took place earlier this year, Jaguar MENA took the winners on a once in a lifetime trip to the United Kingdom for an unforgettable Jaguar experience at the Jaguar Land Rover Global Headquarters.
Developed to challenge university students to ‘unleash their creativity’ by designing their own piece of art inspired by the stunning Jaguar XE, the Design XE competition resulted in five winners who were selected based on their artwork creativity, technique and potential as aspiring artists and designers from the region. The final winners were Ralph Hage, Mustafa Nachar and Caroline Haddad from Lebanon as well as Mahaba Abu Hatab from the United Arab Emirates and Murad Marouane from Morocco.
A visit to the Jaguar Heritage Museum in Gaydon kicked off the trip as the winners got a closer look at the British brand’s unique collection of beautiful heritage vehicles. Travelling in a fleet of Jaguar vehicles throughout the UK, the winners experienced the stunning performance, class-leading design and innovative technology that Jaguar vehicles offer. The trip also offered an exclusive insight into the level of craftsmanship, design and innovation at the heart of the brand.
Given a rare chance to go behind closed doors, the artists also visited the Jaguar Design Studio and the Jaguar Factory in Solihull, spending quality time with the Jaguar Design Team and engineers.
