International business communications consultancy Instinctif Partners – previously College Group – has won two new accounts. Merger and acquisition intelligence company Mergermarket has appointed Instinctif Partners as its strategic communications partner for Saudi Arabia and UAE forums.
The agency will be responsible for designing and implementing a communications programme to market two regional forums: ‘Saudi Arabia M&A and IPO Forum’ to take place in Riyadh on November 12 and ‘Middle East M&A and Capital Markets Forum’ in Dubai in Spring 2015.
Nicholas Lunt, Managing Partner of Instinctif Partners Middle East, says in a press statement: “Our connections and insights will help ensure that Mergermarket’s expertise is clearly communicated to the region’s financial and business community. We are much looking forward to facilitating dialogue between M&A experts and leading media representatives on the day”.
Matthew Robinson, events director at Mergermarket, adds: “As local investors become ever more sophisticated in their approach to M&A, and international investors continue to target cross-border opportunities, the first-hand perspective our speakers provide on executing deals is valuable insight for the region’s business community. Working with Instinctif will support the aim of our MENA series of events to provide actionable insight to the investment community and global readership of Mergermarket, resulting in deal opportunities for our event attendees.”
The agency has also won the business for Cargill; a food, agriculture, financial and industrial product and service provider. Instinctif has already started working on a project for Cargill’s food business in the Middle East, Turkey & North Africa (METNA) region and will be managing the company’s strategic communications for the inaugural Gulfood Manufacturing exhibition, taking place at the Dubai World Trade Centre, from November 9 to 11.
