Worsley brings more than 26 years of experience as a senior communications professional in the Middle East, delivering impactful communications strategies and campaigns on behalf of multinational companies, government agencies, and regional business groups. He has worked in a variety of roles in the region. As the Vice President for Growth and Innovation at ASDA’A BCW, he helped build a wide portfolio of regional and international clients and also launched a new advisory dedicated to integrating ESG and communications best practices.

Before joining ASDA'A BCW, he held leadership roles in corporate communications. He served as a Senior Manager at Masdar, a Senior Director at APCO Worldwide, and also worked as a communications adviser at TotalEnergies.
