The landscape of workplace culture is undergoing a profound transformation. The seismic shift in employee expectations during the pandemic underscored the need for employers to create a work environment that not only fulfills fundamental requirements but also addresses the increasingly complex and sophisticated needs of their workforce. As we navigate the post-pandemic era, the imperative for businesses to optimize their strategies in nurturing a dynamic and responsive work culture has never been more critical.

After years of commissioning the renowned 'Salary Survey,' Communicate is thrilled to introduce its inaugural 'Best Places to Work' list, showcasing organizations with the most commendable work policies, culture, and practices. Companies partaking in this initiative will undergo evaluations centered around their workplace initiatives, employee benefits, opportunities for professional development, and commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) in their operations.

The winners will be announced in Communicate’s upcoming Q4 2023 print issue. Interested organizations can enter by circulating the specially curated employee survey internally. A minimum of 10 employees from the entering organization must fill out the survey. Nominations will be open till 24th November 2023.

Communicate will choose winners based on the highest overall scores based on an analysis of the submitted responses from employees.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Agency; ad tech; data and research; brand or corporate marketing department or group; or in-house agency of a marketer
  • Headquartered within the MENA region; or have a MENA headquarters or main office if world headquarters is outside of MENA
  • Minimum of 15 full-time employees
  • Must be in business for a minimum of one year

A minimum of 10 entries per organization are mandatory for the entering organization to qualify for nomination.

If you enter as a single location, all of the above must apply for that location, and you must apply with the location indicated in the organization’s name (e.g.: XYZ Agency, Dubai). Should you make the list, your name will include the specific office.
