Fashion retailer, Centrepoint, has joined forces with music streaming platform Anghami, in the Middle East, for a new season of “Anghami Sessions”. The collaboration will see the retailer supporting the concept, with the aim of nurturing musical talent from the region.
The partnership has been facilitated by media planning agency, Wavemaker Global and will feature eight Anghami Sessions beginning in April 2018 for the next 18 months.
This collaboration ties in with Centrepoint’s recently launched brand campaign, “Show Yourself”, which is based on the role of fashion in building confidence.
Anghami Sessions supports up-and-coming artists by providing them a recording space for live sets whilst also streaming the music for the public to hear. In addition to these sessions, Centrepoint’s partnership will also include online advertising, social media campaigns and PR, including a dedicated “Show Yourself” page on the Anghami website and app with content from the Sessions.
