Havas Middle East announces the appointment of Karine Barakat as the agency’s General Manager overseeing the Havas business in Egypt. Based in Cairo, Karine will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation in the country, including the creative, media, and PR divisions.

With over two decades of experience in advertising, digital, content, and technology, Karine has demonstrated a strong ability to manage and grow business operations. She joins Havas after having managed other major communications groups in Egypt. Her multi-market background, having lived and worked in Dubai, Cairo, and Beirut, has allowed her to develop a unique and diverse skill set that will be invaluable in her new role.
