Female networking platform, WILD, which stands for 'Women in Leadership Deliver' opened the stage to discuss gender equality and demonstrated the importance of building communities for women to engage, connect, be heard, and thrive.
The event presented an exclusive roster of speakers including Emma Burdett, Founder of WILD, Diana Zeineddine, Senior Associate Finance Lead at PWC, Associate Director at ROSHN, Rawan Yassin, Principal Consultant Sustainability – Jacob Mala Alahmadi, and Nura El Ghaib, Senior Interior Design Manager at JLL. Following the event, WILD founder, Emma also hosted a masterclass titled The Unbeatable Mind, on creating a mindset for success.
"Wild Women’ Riyadh – inspired by Emma and the amazing speakers, was much needed in this region where women are finding their voices!," said Theresa Maher, participant of the event.
"I'm glad that I was invited to WILD. We all spoke about challenges we have faced and how they lead to a new journey. I felt that I'm not alone in this world and everyone is facing the same obstacles but in different ways. There was a real sense of uplifting each other," added another attendee, Noha Zagzoug.
"I was so honored to be a speaker at WILD’s first event in the kingdom. I felt truly connected, inspired, and safe to be with this wonderful group of women," said panel speaker, Diana Zeineddine.
WILD is a movement geared towards gender equality, transforming corporations and individuals through female networks, transformational private 1.1 coaching, group masterminds, and live events. With governmental agendas to build inclusive communities with gender equity at their core, the Saudi event was the first step towards WILD scaling through GCC countries, with the next project set to be launched in Qatar in 2023.
