Obeid has been at Augustus since 2015 and has worked his way up to CFO. He has over 13 years of experience, kicking off his journey at the regional finance department at Mindshare MENA, Lebanon followed by his promotion at Mindshare Dubai to explore the operations. After relocating to Dubai, Josef explored the corporate finance market, managing equity, and forex training before joining Augustus. His ability to combine consolidated reporting and operational finances has facilitated a more constructive, analytical mindset that has taken him to where he is today.

As CFO, Obeid will be in charge of driving the business’s financial planning, while identifying the firm’s strengths, and weaknesses. He will be working alongside CEO, Richard Fitzgerald and the board on the business’s regional strategic direction.
