Following last September’s Initiative Talks in Dubai, Initiative KSA hosted its own installment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to continue the dialogue, by bringing it to other parts of the region. The half-day interactive Initiative Talks KSA took place at the Alaan Art Gallery, and saw influencers in the social media realm join the conversation.
‘Video is King’ was conceived of as a platform for encouraging dialogue among stakeholders and experts on the topic, to explore new avenues of growth and development. The seminar hosted marketers, TV network executives, online media owners, producers and agency experts who discussed in great detail the growth of video in the region, how to effectively plan for this growth and how to create engaging content. Content creators and content distributors (Google, Facebook, DMS and Sa7i) were those that joined forces on the panel discussion, which was moderated by Tarek Karzon – digital director of Initiative KSA.
