Communicate’s Middle East Ads Chart is devised using data compiled by the Unruly Viral Video Chart: a comprehensive source for video sharing data around the globe since 2006 that measures share of voice and campaign effectiveness. Owned and operated by video ad tech company Unruly, it tracks and ranks the most popular videos on the web, across YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo and Vine videos from brands and agencies across the Middle East based on the amount of times the content has been shared across Facebook, Twitter and the blogosphere.

Mobinil’s “Ramadan Song” maintained the position at number one, gaining an additional 50,500 views this week, taking its total view count to 4,233,632. While Vodafone Egypt’s “ڤودافون، قوتك فى عيلتك رمضان 2015″ remained in second place. The number three slot is taken by a new player this week, as Emirate’s video of the “stunning view from the flight deck as Airbus A380 lands in Auckland” gains traction. Next up is Etisilat Misr’s “أنواع الطنطات – البريك” making this one of three total slots taken up by the telecommunications company on this week’s list, as they connect with their audience on both YouTube and Facebook. Other new members on the latest chart include Pizza Hut Middle East and Mobily.
